RISC OS Monitor Description File (MDF) for Viewsonic VA2213W

Monitor's supported frequency ranges:
 horizontal 24-82 kHz
 vertical 50-75 Hz

Made by selecting each available mode on a PC running Windows Vista with
 an NVIDIA driver, then using a Windows application called Powerstrip to
 find the advanced timing figures used, which cannot be accessed from the
 NVIDIA control panel.
 
There were no border values shown in Windows so I set all these to 0 in the MDF;
  the modes to work fine under RISC OS - presumably because the monitor
  auto adjusts its display position.
  
Mode 1400x1050 not included as it worked on Windows but screen
  display had major diagonal disruption on RISC OS.
  
Mode 1176x664 not included as very fuzzy on Windows.
 
!MakeModes pointed out timing discrepancies for modes 1280x1024
  and 1920x1080, but those modes work fine.
  
Native+Max+Recommended mode = 1920x1080
